Studio Manager
The studio manager serves at the heart of our growing yoga community and supports a safe, nurturing and spiritual environment in a wide array of responsibilities related to successful operation of a community centered, women empowering, eco-friendly venture. This includes providing a warm welcome and smooth interaction with students, patients, practitioners, teachers and staff members. The Studio Managers serves within the umbrella company Studio Serenity LLC and Child Birth Care and liaises with affiliated businesses (guest speakers, celebrities, therapists, adventure and retreat sites etc).

- Feels passionate about yoga, women’s empowerment, and creating community

- Is committed to supporting other’s on their spiritual and yogic path.
- Is committed to helping others realize the benefits of yoga, regular practice and incorporating other healing modalities.
- Demonstrates ability to builds strong relationships and mentorship with staff and students.
- Feels strongly about assisting others in a safe and nurturing manner.
- Possesses a positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
- Demonstrates willingness to incorporate and convey studio values (compassion, mindfulness, integrity, purpose, initiative) in their daily work and in relationships with staff and customers.
- Maintains clarity and takes initiative as strategic “big picture” thinker.
- Assists with researching and developing new ideas to grow and add value to the studio.
The ideal candidate shows:
- Ability to strong initiative and problem solving.

- Gracefully handles customer's needs and demonstrates amazing attitude toward supporting students on their spiritual and yogic path.
- Resourcefulness with ability to make decisions.
- Ability to accept direction, and be accountable for one’s work outcomes, completing projects or responsibilities with a sense of ownership and ability to exhibit grace under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Ability to be a team player, recognizing that the studio manager’s work and outcomes affects all other on the team and the students.
- Eager to contribute other duties to be mutually determined as one grows into the role.
Compensation:
- Payment: $13-17 hourly commensurate to relevant experience with potential for performance-based increase after 3 months and transition to annual salary.
