Yoga For Beginners is a 90 min yoga workshop about the fundamentals of a strong and safe yoga practice. The course offers an in depth introduction and exploration of the fundamentals of vinyasa (flow) yoga, including alignment, breathing, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.
This workshop is for those who are just starting to learn and practice yoga, as well as anyone who wants to understand the basics of vinyasa yoga practice.
Bring a friend, your sticky mat & water bottle and an open heart. (yoga mats are available at the studio for $2 rental fee).
