the Transform Your Health program is an opportunity to dramatically
increase your health, creativity and vitality. Our program
is a dynamic combination of Vinyasa Power Yoga, meditation,
cleansing diet and balancing lifestyle.
During
this 4-week program you will experience a sanctuary for your
body and soul. Natural, spontaneous healing and physical transformation
can happen when you put your usual habits on hold, and focus
on training, meditating and eating to balance and strengthen.
This yogic process can create a wave of power that enlivens
your whole body and spirit.
Rekindle and bathe in the bliss of asana and breath with the
sunrise. Personalize your own practice with inspiration and
healing. Delight your core, calm your mind and lower your
shields. You will unlearn old behavioral rules, strengthen
and define your perception while re-connecting to your energy,
strength and wisdom. More importantly begin paving your own
healing road by maintaining an ongoing compassion for yourself.

instructor will be available after class and via email to
answer questions related to your individual practice and to
suggest resources for students who want to know more. Hand
outs and reading materials about yoga and ayurveda will be
provided.
Yoga Basics 2 hr Workshop
A 2-hour workshop for introducing the basics of vinyasa yoga. Perfect for those brand new to yoga. We will take the time to really explore the fundamental building blocks of a yoga practice, including basic postures, alignment, breathing techniques and relaxation skills. The instructor will be available after class to answer questions and to suggest resources for students who want to know more.
Geared for the brand new beginner or those curious about yoga. Please bring your own mat if you have one, a water bottle and any questions you have.
