Join our special post-Thanksgiving vinyasa intensive as we celebrate with an invigorating practice that will enrich your Holiday with gratitude for the practice of yoga.
This special post-Thanksgiving vinyasa yoga practice will arouse the inner fire (agni) to cleanse and strengthen the body. Come and sweat out your Thanksgiving dinner with a "Burn the Bird Extravaganza"! Our practice promises to be energizing, refreshing and deeply relaxing.
Share and cultivate an attitude of gratitude and appreciation with a full flavored plethora of devotional music, essential oil application, pranayama, guided meditation, dynamic asana sequence that bring life to old and familiar poses and makes accessible the challenging ones (old and new).
The class concludes with guided, deep, relaxation (extended shivasana), lavender eyepillows, light massage and adjustments, poetic reflections about gratitude and thankfulness, a cup of fresh yogic tea and healthy sweet enjoyments.
The class is mixed level - for anyone with prior yoga experience. Beginner are welcome - don't be intimidated, come join us too.
