Teaching Assistant

Joining our teaching assistant (TA) program is a unique opportunity to grow your practice and teaching skills. Whether you are an aspiring instructor or an advanced yoga student who is ready to move deeper within yourself and explore the rich tapestry of yoga, this program will teach you how to work with students on all levels.

What could take a student years to understand in their form and alignment could just take one precise, effective, supportive adjustment from a well-trained teacher. Join Katja and her team as she teaches you the deepening and safe full-body adjustments of the most common asanas of a Vinyasa Flow yoga practice.
