Yoga

Join us on a special journey of vinyasa yoga as we explore how to maximize our asanas with the help of a partner's body weight, support and breath. Yoga with a partner is a wonderful demonstration of how to give and receive support, and how to surrender. We will focus on conscious breathing and connecting the heart chakras while flowing through a challenging, playful, and deeply meditative vinyasa practice.
Standing poses, twists, backbends and hip openers will be explored. This workshop is appropriate for all levels and beginners are welcome. Bring a friend, partner, or family member, or feel free to come alone, we'll pair you up. This partner yoga workshop is ideal for those looking to explore greater capacities for self awareness in relationships, respect and embodying a loving presence through the practice of yoga.
