Sound knowledge and teaching skills of vinyasa sequencing, safety, principles of alignment and purpose of asanas will allow you and your students to cultivate a richer practice on all levels. Vinyasa Krama means "wise progression", the intelligent linking or sequencing of postures that informs a complete practice. This module includes: Sequencing of asanas, correctly demonstrating standing and balancing asanas, hands on assisting in standing and balancing poses, effective verbalizing skills and pacing, how to create or enhance vinyasa flow in the class and in your students. This module is designed to inform and empower committed practitioners as well as teachers with the knowledge necessary to heighten the effects and benefits of their own or their student's practice. By learning to teach with more self-awareness, knowledge, authenticity and confidence, you will better address the needs of your students and stand out in an ever-expanding community of yoga teachers.
