Movement Meditation

This one-hour meditation will leave you with a sense of profound aliveness and physical, emotional as well as mental liberation. Most of us don't get to move enough because of our stressful and sedentary lifestyle. And many of us don't find the time to deeply nurture our spirit. This movement meditation will lift any shroud of dullness or tension off your body, mind and heart. It's remarkable how alive you will feel. This movement based meditation is divided into distinct segments: first allowing the body to release tension. The second is inviting you to move flowing and creative. The third is quieter and meditative, noticing what is happening inside and out. The last segment is pure stillness, sitting or lying.
