yoga 1 - no experience & foundational
This class teaches the fundamental of Vinyasa Yoga and has strong emphasis on alignment, safety and how to move between poses. Walk into yoga for the first time, feel welcome and start from where you are. For students with experience, this class will teach you the foundational technique that you need to practice safely, correctly and with ease: How to perform sun salutations and modified vinyasas, inversions and backbends. Perfect for those who need to deepen their understanding of vinyasa and a create a solid base for intermediate classes.

yoga 1.5 - with experience & intermediate
Students in this class are expected to have yoga experience and also have practiced regularly. Students should be familiar and comfortable with sun salutations, vinyasas, ujjayi breathing and longer inversions. Poses are linked with fluid movement leading through the postures and initiated by the breath. The class is medium paced and offers modifications for individual needs. Perfect for those with yoga experience and who wish a challenging workout.

yoga 2 - intermediate & advanced
This class offers yogis an opportunity to explore the edge of their practice with a challenging, insightful and adventurous routine. Perfect for those with at least 1-2 years of regular weekly practice and solid yoga experience. This class incorporates advanced and complex poses: armbalances, backbends, long inversions, pranayama and bandha practice. Beginners are not admitted to this class. Be prepared to sweat, learn, have fun, and go deep as you explore new dimensions of your yoga practice!

yin yoga - all levels
Yin yoga is the practice of moving mindfully from one seated or supine pose to the next, settling in each pose for an extended period, and moving our attention inward. In a Yin Yoga practice, we take each pose slowly and passively, finding power in stillness, and focusing on the deeper connective tissues of the joints (thighs, hips, pelvis, and lower spine), ligaments, fascia, and bones.

pilates - all levels
Pilates is a wonderful exercise form that focuses on building strength from the core outward. With this specific core focus, the participant gains body awareness, improves their posture, and can work through and around injuries and pains. With a healthier spine and core, the participant gains many benefits including alleviation from everyday discomforts, improvement on prior injuries, better stamina, and overall strength and an exercise outlet.
