Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training
Our Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training - Level 1 is designed for students interested in deepening their practice and for aspiring or experienced teachers who are interested in learning about and teaching at Studio Serenity. Our intention is to support other students, teachers and practitioners creating a strong personal practice and following their own yogic path. The Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 program is spread across a six week period conveniently scheduled during the week. Our program is intentionally spread over a longer period of time than other programs so that students can properly absorb and integrate the knowledge being learned in a responsible and reasonable way that has the power to transform their practice and their life.
Teaching yoga is not about technique, although that is important - teaching yoga is about inner transformation and exploration, and applying a clear intention and commitment to the service of others.
