Jump Into Level 2
Have you ever wanted to learn how to glide your legs through your arms, gracefully?! Jump Through Into Yoga 2 is the perfect class designed for yogis who would like to expand their practice to the next level from step-back sun salutations into the more advanced classes that include jump-back and forward vinyasas, as well learn the technique to complete the jump through. In this workshop you will learn how to safely practice vinyasa yoga sequences: plank, chatturanga, upward facing dog, downward facing dog, as well as how to properly jump (or float) forward and back, and through.
After this workshop, you will be able to join and take advantage of our yoga 2 vinyasa classes with the knowledge and confidence needed practice in a safe way that is respectful to your body. This level includes jump-through, complex arm-balances and inversions such as headstand, handstand, and forearm stand to a vigorous vinyasa flow, challenging twists and balancing poses. So "jump through" your doubts about your yoga practice and join us for this exciting and fun filled adventure!
Accessible to yoga practitioners from beginning level to advanced. However, this workshop is not recommended if you are brand new to yoga.
