  Breath Work

Sit back-to-back, knees bent, hands on floor. For two minutes, focus on breathing and feeling your partner's back.

Holotropic Breathwork

The word Holotropic comes from the Greek root "holo" meaning "whole," and "trepin" meaning "oriented towards." Holotropic means moving toward wholeness. It is an experiential approach, based in transpersonal psychology and ancient healing traditions.

Combining deep breathing techniques, body work and music, the workshop offers a safe and supportive environment in which to contact our inner realm and untapped resources.

The use of holotrophic breathwork allows release of deeply stored physical tension, blocked mental tension and anxiety. We can reclaim our natural creativity, a light and relaxed body, sense of inner peace, wholeness and spiritual dimensions that may otherwise remain unavailable. This beautiful state is accessed via the natural and transformative power of the breath. Each breathwork experience is unique, even after many sessions.

Join us on a healing journey using this transformative yet gentle format of holotropic breathwork.
