Restorative yoga postures melt away physical and mental tension and profoundly relax the mind and body. Each pose reduces the effects of stress related diseases and deep fatigue in different areas of your body. Using many blankets and yoga props, these passive poses leave you feeling a deep sense of relaxation both physically and emotionally.
