Fire Lotus
Fire Lotus yoga is our level 2 class and offers a more challenging and heating practice. Fire Lotus is a vigorous class for yogis familiar with vinyasa yoga and is geared toward students with yoga experience. The classes include: heating sun salutations and solar vinyasa sequences, jump-forward and back, multiple vinyasa waves (including: chatturanga, updog, downdog) arm-balances and inversions such as headstand and handstand to a vigorous vinyasa flow, challenging twists and balancing poses. Fire Lotus yoga incorporates ujjayi breathing and engaging the bandhas. Fire Lotus yoga is a faster paced class for yogis with experience.
